Our Guarantee

We want you to be comfortable in your purchases with Zsa Zsa Slipper. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Sorry, postage and handling charges are not refundable.

30-Day Return Policy

Returns made within 30 days of purchase will be accepted. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and must include original tags or packaging. Merchandise ordered through our website may be returned via mail.

Returns accompanied by the original receipt will be refunded in the original tender. If you do not have your receipt, and we are able to verify your purchase through your account information or credit card, you will be refunded in the original tender. Otherwise, a merchandise credit for the item’s lowest selling price will be provided.

Exchanges

You may exchange for the same item in a different size or color free of additional shipping charges within 30 days of purchase. You may also exchange an item for a different item within 30 days of purchase, by contacting Zsa Zsa Slipper.

Simply circle the item(s) on your packing slip that you wish to exchange and indicate the size/color you prefer. Merchandise returned to Zsa Zsa Sippper for exchange must be unworn and unwashed and include original tags or packaging. Your new merchandise will be shipped as soon as the return is received.

If you prefer to have your items shipped prior to the return arriving, you may call 316-440-3440 to place your order with a Zsa Zsa Slipper Sales Consultant. Upon placing your re-order, you may then place your return as outlined above.

Final Sale

Sale merchandise marked as final sale is sold “as is” and may not be returned or exchanged.
